Lost World Jurassic Park Junior Novel
one word: velociraptors!Crichton's crowd-pleaser follow-up to his crowd-pleaser Jurassic Park is another thrill-filled "dinosaurs chasing humans" made-for-the-movies airport novel, but gains added urgency from the smaller-but-deadlier small vicious raptors rather than one shambling T-rex who make up the bad guys, so to speak, in the thriller.
loses the 5th out of 5 only because Jurassic Park the original was an instant classic and perfectly plotted, whereas JP2 was clearly designed to followup and arguably, a little weaker in the crisis/conclusion.
